Anchors are an important part of ceramic fiber lining, and there are many types of anchors. The selection of anchors should be comprehensively considered according to the structure of the industrial kiln, furnace temperature, and ambient atmosphere.
(1) Overview of ceramic fiber module anchors
The anchor is a commonly used component in the construction of ceramic fiber modules. Its function is to fix the overall ceramic fiber module lining or prefabricated components in a certain position to resist static load, thermal stress, mechanical rotation or vibration, and prevent the construction of refractory materials. The collapse of the material also helps to evenly disperse the shrinkage and avoid the formation of large and concentrated cracks. The selection of anchors should follow the principles of simple, fast, firm and reliable installation.
(2) Heat-resistant steel anchors are mainly classified as follows
Prefabricated anchors for ceramic fiber modules
Angle iron anchors, diamond anchors, butterfly anchors, empty hanging anchors, corner anchors;
Ceramic Fiber Folding Block Anchors
Herringbone anchor, quick card, rotating card, rib, screw nut, rib, U-shaped nail, V-shaped nail, etc.;
(3) According to the high temperature resistance, it is divided into
201 stainless steel anchor, recommended temperature below 600℃
304 stainless steel anchor, the recommended temperature is 600-1100℃
310 stainless steel anchor: recommended temperature below 1200℃
316 heat-resistant steel anchor, recommended temperature below 1400 ℃
