SUNTHERM Used in a variety of heat processing applications, the refractory soluble ceramic fiber blanket is produced from high strength spun ceramic fibers and is needled to provide exceptional handling strength.
Bio-soluble ceramic fiber blanket is a specially treated glass fiber fabric which is very soft, smooth and does not irritate skin, which use fiberglass thread to sew the fold and fire resistance ribbon. So the crafts ensure the whole fire resistance.

Product Process
SUNTHERM HB Ceramic Fiber Blanket is manufactured from special aluminum silicate ceramic filament by a special double-sided acupuncture process. Double-sided needling technology makes the fiber filaments evenly interwoven together, which greatly improves the tensile property and toughness of the fiber blanket, and makes the fiber blanket even in texture and has the resistance to delamination.
Product Details
Bio-soluble fiber wool can provide excellent insulation properties, flexibility and elasticity. The color is white, with regular size, fire resistance, heat insulation and heat insulation, without any adhesive.
