Product Introduction
Aluminosilicate refractory ceramic fiber board, aluminum silicate plate is made of selected coke gemstones, melted in an electric furnace above 2000 ℃, mechanically sprayed into fibers, evenly added with special binder, oil inhibitor and hydrophobic agent, and heated and solidified. When aluminum silicate products are used for the first time, when the component temperature exceeds 200 ℃, aluminum silicate products will appear light smoke, which is the volatilization of aluminum silicate binder. Aluminum silicate products will turn brown in a short time. After 1-3 days of operation, aluminum silicate will naturally return to its original white, and will not have any impact on the product quality.
Product Application
It is mainly used for thermal insulation of electric power industry, electric boiler, steam turbine and nuclear power, fire insulation of shipbuilding industry, fire insulation of construction industry and fire door, wall lining of high-temperature reaction equipment and heating equipment in chemical industry, automobile and train manufacturing, fire prevention, thermal insulation, kiln lining, furnace door and top cover sealing.
