Product Introduction

SUNTHERM Ceramic fiber module with anchor, is made of ceramic fiber blanket of corresponding material, which is processed by special mechanical equipment according to the structure and size of fiber components. It maintains a certain proportion of compression to ensure the expansion of ceramic fiber components in different directions after the wall lining of ceramic fiber components is built, so that ceramic fiber components are squeezed into a seamless whole. Ceramic fiber components are directly fixed to the industrial kiln shell through various forms of anchors.

According to the fixing mode of ceramic fiber components, it can be divided into ceramic fiber modules and folding blocks. Folding block - that is, the needled blanket with volume density of 128kg / m3 (or 96kg / m3) is folded into accordion shape and compressed to 180-220kg / m ³  Bind and insert anchors for fixation during on-site construction; Module - that is, in the production process, the anchor is embedded in the folding block, and only bolts, nuts, etc. are needed to be fixed during installation.

Aluminum silicate fiber module has stable chemical properties, long fiber, high tensile strength and strong thermal shock resistance. Centrifugal slag removal technology has low slag ball content and light bulk weight, which can reach 220kg / m3. It has low heat absorption, low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance. It has excellent insulation, sound insulation and efficient temperature control performance. After the construction is completed, it can be put into production without oven drying, so as to shorten the production cycle and reduce the production cost.

The conventional specifications of ceramic fiber module are 300 * 300 * 300 mm and 300 * 300 * 250mm, and the density is 210-240kg / m3. It is used for overall masonry insulation of industrial furnace wall and furnace bottom. The insulation of round furnace, electric arc furnace top and furnace cover can be customized according to specific specifications.
