Product introduction
A fully automated raw material batching plant for loading the correct amount, proportion, size and mix of raw materials into the rock wool line's furnace - rock wool line.
The system is designed to automatically store each raw material into an appropriate daily storage silo. The number of silos per day can vary depending on the availability of raw materials (basalt, dolomite, limestone, slag, briquettes, diabase, where possible recycled materials).
Screening units installed in raw material batching plants can remove undersized materials when necessary, thereby increasing the efficiency of the melting process and reducing operating costs.
The feedstock dosing station is equipped with a precise weighing and mixing system that allows the operator to select the right mixing method based on the quality and availability of the feedstock, making the system very flexible.
With deep knowledge of processes and equipment, the SUNTHERM team develops customized solutions tailored to customers' specific needs to improve production line performance in terms of productivity, transformation costs and product quality throughout the entire line life cycle.
