Production Line Introduction

SUNTHERM Ceramic Fiber Insulation Blanket Production Line, The stone clay (kaolin) is crushed into the required size for manufacturing ceramic fiber by a pulverizer; Or mix different percentages of industrial aluminum powder, industrial silicon powder and zircon sand powder to make four different types of products. When different products are manufactured, the raw materials prepared above are uniformly mixed by feeding trucks and mixers and then transported to the resistance furnace for distribution.

The resistance furnace uses molybdenum electrode as the heat energy source. Conductive ions generated by molten raw materials conduct energy. The resistance generated by molten raw materials is the factor that generates heat, and the raw materials are continuously and evenly melted. Electric resistance furnace is cooled by water. The molten liquid flows out through the molybdenum flow port with nitrogen protection, flows to the wire slinger roll on the wire slinger (injection frame), and converts the molten magmatic material into fiber through centrifugal force; Grease is used in the fiber forming process.

The fibers come out of the spinneret and are uniformly distributed on the mesh belt of the cotton collector under the guidance of negative pressure. The fibers enter the needle punching machine through the conveyor mesh belt. The needle punching machine converts ceramic fiber cotton into ceramic fiber blanket as required. The needle punched blanket cotton embryo passes through the conveyor mesh belt, the lubricating grease is volatilized through the heat treatment furnace, the ceramic fiber blanket is shaped, and the fiber is crystallized to improve its use temperature. After vertical and horizontal cutting, rolling, quality inspection and packaging, the finished products are sent to the warehouse for shipment.
