Ceramic fiber paper production line equipment, the main equipment details are as follows:

1.(Beater) the ceramic fiber cotton is wet crushed into a suitable length to make the original pulp.

2.(Slurry mixing tank) add all ingredients, fill the slurry finished by the beater according to the formula list and stir evenly.

3.(Slurry storage tank) store the prepared slurry in this tank after slag removal for production.

4.(Net front box) the slurry is evenly distributed to the forming net through this equipment.

5.(Inclined net forming) the frame of the forming machine is made of stainless steel section steel, the driving power is 7.5KW, the overall dimension and speed are adjustable. Vacuum rapid dehydration device is added in this section.

6.(Screen pressing and thickness setting machine) the thickness setting machine accurately adjusts the up and down by means of 1KW servo motor and precision screw rod.

7.(Transition section) the transition machine frame is made of stainless steel section steel, and the driving power is 2.2KW. This section can add surface sizing equipment according to process requirements.

8.(Drying unit) consists of: drying channel furnace body, circulating heating system, air supply and return system and moisture exhaust system,conveyor, electric control system, etc.

9.(Winder) the winder support is welded with channel steel.
