SUNTHERM 2000 tons Ceramic Fiber Insulation Blanket Equipment, the production process is to melt raw materials with electric current power, and all the process doesn't create chemical reaction and pollutions. During production, the dust and waste is excluded by water dust collector.

All this process is operated indoor, and most parts are semi-automatic. For normal operation, the workers just need to wear simple protective measures, such as gloves, mask, and glasses.
