 Production Line Introduction

5000 tons Ceramic Fiber Blanket Equipment mainly includes: melting furnace, spun machine, cotton collector, needling machine, drying furnace, conveyor network, cutting machine, automatic blanket rolling machine and other equipment. All parts are designed and produced by ourselves.

Production Line Details

Ceramic fiber blanket production is with kaolin, alumina silicon dioxide, zirconium sand as raw materials, melted into liquid in the high temperature furnace, and after the spinning machine into filament fiber.  The fibers are collected by the cotton collector and then needled on both sides by the needle machine to form a blanket.  

Then the blanket enters the drying furnace to dry and form, and is measured by the cutting machine to complete the cutting.  Finally, the fiber blanket will be rolled through the winding machine and transported to the warehouse for storage.

Q1: Yes, we customize the production according to customer requirements.

A2: How is the production line transported?

Q2: Open top cabinets are used for most equipment transportation, and 40 ultra-high cabinets are used for some equipment.

The equipment shall be transported in bulk and assembled and installed after arrival.

A3: Are there any special requirements on the way of payment?

Q3:We can accept part of deposit, balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms. It can also be discussed according to the situation of both parties.
