Ceramic Fiber Insulation Blanket Equipment, one of the main equipment is melting furnace : melting the raw material in temperature 1760C.The electric resistance furnace is formed by melting furnace, electrode base, outlet(for installation of the water cooling base).

Also include the cotton machine, spun machine, needling machine, dry furnace cutting system and so on.

Production Line Details

Ceramic Fiber Insulation Blanket Equipment uses kaolin, alumina silica, and zircon sand as raw materials, and is processed through a series of production processes such as spinning, cotton collection, needling, drying, cutting, and rolling. 

Due to the different inputs of production materials, different degrees of high-temperature insulation blankets are produced. Including 1260°C standard, 1260°C high purity, 1360°C alu-zirconium and 1430°C zirconium ceramic fiber blanket.

The Blanket Equipment can manufacture 1260C (STD), 1260C (HP), 1360C (ZA), 1430C (HTZ) , Bio-soluble, Ceramic fiber bulk, Ceramic fiber blanket.

Capacity: 2000 tons/year, 3000 tons/year, 5000 tons/year or customize production equipment according to your requirements.
