Description
Production Process
The ceramic fiber paper production line is mainly used to produce different types of ceramic fiber paper. The production process is introduced as follows:
1. The ceramic fiber is wet crushed into raw slurry through a beater, and then the ingredients are added according to the formula list into the slurry mixing tank for uniform mixing
2. The raw slurry enters the sizing tank for mixing and slag removal, then proportioning and full mixing according to the formula, and then enters the slurry storage tank after slag removal
3. After slag removal, the raw slurry enters the head tank, evenly distributes the solution to the forming net, and applies it to the inclined net forming process and vacuum device.
4. Then, the thickness is set through the screen pressing and thickness setting machine, and then through a transition section, it enters the drying furnace for finalization, passes through the cutting machine, and finally enters the winder, and the product is finally formed.
5. The types that can be produced by ceramic fiber paper equipment include: STD, HP, HA, HTZ and flame retardant paper.
