SUNTHERM Ceramic Fiber Machinery Production Line
Alumina and high purity silica are mixed together and melted at 1760 ℃. The molten material is flow to spun machine, after high-speed rotation, the molten slurry is spun into fibers. All fibers are collected into the cotton collector and transported to the needle punching machine. Through the double-sided needle punching machine, the thickness and density of the ceramic fiber blanket are controlled. Products with different thicknesses and densities can be adjusted and processed after the blanket is formed. It is solidified in a high-temperature drying oven, then passed through a conveyor roller, cooled, cut according to specified specifications, and finally rolled, weighed, packaged, and stored in storage.

Process of Ceramic Fiber Machinery Production Line
Electric arc furnace
SUNTHERM ceramic fiber production line uses high-quality electric arc furnaces to melt raw materials. The melted raw material is then poured into the forming mold.
Dry furnace
Main function:
Burn out the lubrication left in blanket
Form the blanket into requested thickness
During high temperature treatment, the blanket has a shrinkage, which is to reduce the shrinkage during usage, and enhance working temperature.
Cutting machine
SUNTHERM ceramic fiber production lines use cutting machines to cut and saw molded products to the required dimensions.
Carpet rolling machine
The blanket was rolled into bundles on the machine.
Packaging machine
The finished product is packed for delivery or shipment.
