Pendulum method, pendulum method is based on the Sedimentation method, by improving the cotton collection method, first by the collection belt to collect a thin layer of rock wool, the pendulum layer by layer, to reach a certain number of layers and thickness, and then pressed by the pressure roller, and curing in the curing furnace, and then through cooling, cutting, packaging and other processes into the finished product. This method improves the uniformity of the cotton layer and the binder contained in it, and the fiber is partially vertically distributed due to the slope generated when the cotton is stacked, so the compressive strength and inter layer bonding strength are improved.

3 D method, 3 D rock wool is to change the distribution direction of the uncured rock wool layer stacked by pendulum method through mechanical methods, so as to form a high strength of 3 D rock wool products, 3 D rock wool fiber is three-dimensional distribution, high compressive strength, not easy to stratify and peel.
