Product Introduction
SUNTHERM HB Ceramic Fiber Plate is aluminum silicate fiberboard, a refractory material. It maintains good mechanical strength even after heating. Compared with fiber blanket and felt, it is a fiber insulation product with rigid and supporting strength.
Soluble ceramic fiber board is made of different refractory fibers, inorganic and organic binders and mixed in different proportions, so a variety of fiberboard can be produced for different service temperatures.

Product Process
Bio-soluble ceramic fiber plate is using the corresponding standard type aluminum silicate fiber cotton as raw materials, by vacuum molding or drying process through drying and machining refined.
