Ceramic fiber insulation module, including folding block, cutting block, vacuum forming block. Due to the different production methods and crystal orientation structure of polycrystalline mullite fiber, its fiber length is short and its flexibility is poor. Unable to make large modules, resulting in polycrystalline fibers unable to be applied on a large scale. Nowadays, polycrystalline fibers are mostly used in castables or refractory brick furnace walls and the inner surface of the furnace roof. The use of polycrystalline fibers can effectively reduce the temperature of the outer wall of the furnace and reduce the heat storage loss of the furnace wall.

   At present, most of the modules used by domestic ceramic fiber manufacturers are folded blocks. This structure uses needle-punched blankets for folding, and mechanical equipment is used to pre-press the modules during molding. The surface unevenness due to the manufacturing method of the folded block affects the effect of the anti-scouring paint spraying. The slicing block is improved on this basis, and its production method is the same as that of the folding block, except that the folded part of the fiber blanket is cut off after forming to make the surface of the module flat. At present, some domestic manufacturers can produce this kind of module.
