SUNTHERM Rockwool comfort board 80 2 inch : Rock wool originated in Hawaii. After the first volcanic eruption on Hawaii Island, the residents on the island found wisps of melted soft rocks on the ground. This is the rock wool fiber originally recognized by human beings. The production process of rock wool actually simulates the natural process of Hawaii volcanic eruption. Rock wool products use high-quality basalt and dolomite as the main raw materials, After melting at high temperature above 1450 ℃, international advanced four-axis centrifuge is used for high-speed centrifugation to form fibers. At the same time, a certain amount of binder, dust-proof oil and hydrophobic agent are sprayed, collected by cotton collector, cured and cut after pendulum process and three-dimensional cotton laying to form rock wool products of different specifications and uses.
