The shape and size of Ceramic Fiber Special Shapes are not specific, and various shaped products can be customized according to different needs, including tube shape, cone shape, dome shape, square box shape, open mouth and other shapes.
At the same time, products of different densities can also be customized according to the application properties of the product, the higher the bulk density, the higher the support and strength, but the insulation performance will be weakened, the bulk density of ceramic fiber shaped parts is 300kg/ M3-400kg /m3, and the density of 300kg/m3 is a more conventional specification. It is widely used because of its hardness, refractoriness and good thermal insulation performance. 400kg/m3 density is often used in the furnace fire, wind, temperature partition and other direct contact with the flame area, belongs to the extremely hard type. The thermal conductivity of deformed parts decreases with the increase of density, and the decreasing range gradually decreases, but when the density reaches a certain range, the thermal conductivity no longer decreases and has a trend of gradual increase.
