1260C Ceramic Fiber Customized Vacuum Formed Parts are made of high quality ceramic fiber cotton as raw material and vacuum forming process. The special-shaped parts are to meet the specific production links of some industrial sectors required special-shaped products, its shape and size need to make special abrasive tools, according to the performance requirements of the product selection of custom binding agents and additives to meet the requirements of use. All shaped products have low shrinkage over their service temperature range and maintain high insulation, light weight and impact resistance. Unburned material can easily be cut or machined. In the course of use, the product has good anti-wear and anti-spalling properties, and is not eroded by most molten metals.
