Product Introduction

SUNTHERM can produce 1260C Ceramic Fiber Shaped Parts in a variety of sizes and shapes, including rectangular, round, tubular, cone, semi-circular, dome and square box, etc., can be produced according to customer requirements, such as casting caps for the non-ferrous metal industry, casing and water nozzle gaskets, vacuum shaped fire holes for the petrochemical industry.

1260C Ceramic Fiber Shaped Parts have a low shrinkage in the temperature range of their use, and maintain the characteristics of heat preservation, insulation, light weight and thermal shock resistance. Unburned material can easily be cut or machined. In the process of use, the ceramic fiber shaped parts have good resistance to wear and peeling, and will not be eroded by most molten metals.

Calcination and hardening can be done if necessary. Calcination can calcination of organic matter, so that the ceramic fiber shaped parts become inorganic products, visible flame. Hardening treatment can improve the surface hardness of ceramic fiber special-shaped parts, with good hardness.
