Alumina Heat resistant vacuum formed ceramic fiber products produced by SUNTHERM are made of high quality ceramic fiber cotton and vacuum forming process. All ceramic fiber shaped parts have a low shortening in their operating temperature range and maintain high thermal insulation, light weight and impact resistance.
Alumina Heat resistant vacuum formed ceramic fiber products are developed with the intention of making rigid and self-supporting products with superior high temperature function. Ceramic fiber special-shaped parts, are to meet the specific production links of some industrial sectors required special-shaped products, each product according to its shape and scale needs to make a special mold according to the functional requirements of the product, the selection of unnecessary bonding agents and additives, in order to meet customer requirements.
