1260C Heat Resistant Aluminium Silicate Vacuum Formed Shapes are formed by adopting advanced ceramic fiber raw material and processed with Vacuum method. The shapes are designed for specific application and meet the requirement of rigidity.

1260C Heat Resistant Aluminium Silicate Vacuum Formed Shapes are manufactured for specific process. Each shape need unique tool according to its shape and dimension. Besides, corresponding cement and additive should also be adopted to meet application requirement.

All shapes perform low shrinking within temperature tolerance and keep advanced character of thermal insulation,lightness and resistance of heat shock.

It's very easy to be second processed physically. The cutting and machining could also be conducted according to actual modification.
