The ceramic fiber module is made of ceramic fiber needle-punched blanket of corresponding material and processed on a special machine according to the structure and size of the fiber component. During the processing, a certain proportion of compression is maintained to ensure that after the ceramic fiber module wall lining is completed, due to the expansion of each ceramic fiber module in the same direction, the ceramic fiber modules are squeezed into a seamless gap. Overall, the ceramic fiber module can be directly fixed to the steel plate of the industrial kiln shell through various forms of anchors.
The correct installation steps of the ceramic fiber module are:
1. Rust removal of furnace wall steel plate
2. Scribe lines on the furnace wall steel plate according to the module size
3. Weld the module bolts on the furnace wall
4. Spread a flat blanket on the furnace wall (two layers of staggered stitching)
5. Take out the module and screw the guide rod to the small head of the bolt through the center hole of the module
6. Press the module to the furnace plate
7. Screw the nut to the bolt with a special wrench
8. Unscrew the guide rod
9. Install other modules in turn
10. Pull out the plastic tube in the center of the module
11. Use ceramic fiber blanket to plug the intermediate space
12. Disassemble the module strapping
13. Flatten and compress the laid compensation blanket
14. Install the next row of modules.
