When ceramic fiber board was just produced and processed, the board surface was not smooth. The reason why the surface of the plate is very smooth and flat in the later stage is that it is formed after grinding. After grinding, the fiberboard not only has better quality, but also has better installation and use effect in the later period, and different polishing methods will have different effects. So what are the grinding methods for this plate?
1. mechanical polishing
In order to improve the working efficiency, mechanical grinding methods, such as electric grinding machine (disc type, vibration type), can be adopted in the construction of ceramic fiber board in large area.
2. Dry grinding
Sandpaper is used for grinding. It is suitable for grinding hard and brittle paints. The disadvantage of grinding ceramic fiber board is that a lot of dust will be produced during operation, which will affect environmental hygiene.
3. Wet grinding
Dip it in water or soapy water and polish it. Water milling can reduce abrasion marks, improve the smoothness of coating, and save sandpaper and labor. However, attention should be paid to spraying the lower paint after water milling. First, the lower paint can be applied only after the water milling layer is completely dried, otherwise the paint layer is easy to whiten. In addition, substrates with strong water absorption should not be ground.
Therefore, when polishing the ceramic fiber board, we must choose a more suitable method according to the actual situation of the plate and the later use requirements.
