The pleating and pressurizing process of the rock wool production line is a complex operation involving multiple components and steps. This process can be roughly divided into the following steps:
,Preparation stage: First, the rock wool is placed at the designated position of the production line, usually between two support frames and between the limit blocks. The limit blocks are used to fix the position of the rock wool to prevent it from shifting during the pleating and pressurizing process.
,Pressurizing stage: Then, the hydraulic cylinder is started, and the telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder moves downward. A pressurizer is usually installed at the bottom of the telescopic rod, and when the telescopic rod moves downward, the pressurizer will pressurize the rock wool. This pressurization process will cause the rock wool to form wrinkles.
,Fixing and adjustment stage: During the pleating and pressurizing process, the positioning structure and the pressurizing structure play a key role. These structures usually include a lifting plate and a contact plate. The lifting plate is lifted and lowered by an electric telescopic rod, while the contact plate is in direct contact with the rock wool to pressurize it. At the same time, a buffer structure, such as a buffer pad, is also provided inside the positioning structure and the pressurizing structure to reduce damage to the rock wool.
,Completion stage: When the pressurization process is completed, the hydraulic cylinder will stop working, and the telescopic rod and pressurizer will also stop moving. At this point, the rock wool has completed the pleating and pressurization process and can enter the next production process.
