Vacuum formed solubility aluminium silicate ceramic fiber parts are mainly produced by two processes, using high-quality ceramic fiber cotton as raw materials, mold molding or fiberboard engraving processing. Vacuum shaped shaped products can be in a variety of sizes and shapes, including tube, cone, dome and square box shape, most shaped products can be produced according to customer requirements. Shaped parts such as fiber sleeve are more common, generally used for pipeline insulation, easy installation.

The classification temperature of ceramic fiber shaped parts is the same as that of fiberboard, from 1260℃-1430℃. The special-shaped parts carved directly from fiberboard are processed by high-precision engraving machine to ensure product accuracy and greatly improve production efficiency.
