SUNTHERM National Accreditation Laboratory was established in 1998, and in May 2012, the laboratory passed CNAS accreditation and was formally listed in the National Laboratory Accreditation List. Laboratory testing equipment totaled more than 60 sets, with total assets of 60 million yuan. Laboratory equipment advanced, strong technical force, with a number of years engaged in various types of testing and analysis research, with a wealth of experience in professional and technical personnel. It is mainly responsible for testing and analyzing all kinds of refractory fiber products, shaped and unshaped refractory and rock products, R&D materials and new products, as well as their raw and auxiliary materials, which provides a strong guarantee and support for the effective monitoring and control of the company's product quality and the development of R&D work.

Shandong Province Ceramic Fiber Engineering and Technology Research Center was established in 2004, relying on the unit is SUNTHERM Group. Since the establishment of the Engineering Technology Research Center, the main line of technological innovation, focusing on the study of ceramic fiber technology, engineering technology, and constantly improve the maturity of scientific and technological achievements and the speed of transformation, while focusing on the cultivation and construction of high-quality engineering and technical personnel. The research and development of the center is directed towards high-performance, high value-added, functional and energy-efficient fibrous heat-insulating and thermal-insulating materials, with the goal of building an international first-class ceramic fiber research and development center, leading the development of the world's ceramic fiber industry, and gradually shortening the gap between the level and that of foreign countries.
