SUNTHERM Ceramic Fiber Insulation blankets are made from spun ceramic fibers that are needled to provide superior treatment strength for high temperature insulation applications. All grades are lightweight and thermal efficient, so the material has the advantage of low heat storage and complete thermal shock resistance. Blankets vary in size, temperature rating and are suitable for different applications.

 

Product Introduction

SUNTHERM Ceramic fiber blanket is made by the process of continuous melting and continuous dumping in the resistance furnace without lining, and formed by double-sided needling. Long fiber, coarse diameter and uniform, high tensile strength, strong anti-erosion ability, good thermal stability. The phase change of ceramic fiber products can be made in advance through the fully automatic blanket heating furnace heat treatment, and the high temperature shrinkage of products can be reduced in the process of use. At the same time, using high quality raw materials and special purification and mixing production process, effectively reduce the content of impurities in the product, improve the thermal stability of the product.
