The main raw materials for rock wool production include blast furnace slag, basalt, dolomite and pure limestone. After melting, these raw materials are fiberized by a four-roll centrifuge, and an appropriate amount of binder is added. They are then sent to a curing furnace for board making through a cotton collector, a pendulum cotton spreader, and a pleating pre-pressing machine. After cooling, cutting, waste edge recovery, fully automatic board stacking machine, and packaging, the finished product is produced.
