1. Waterproof and moisture-proof: Although it is said that "real gold is not afraid of fire", ceramic fiber modules are extremely afraid of water. Once eroded by moisture, the thermal insulation performance will be greatly reduced;
2. Prevent mechanical impact: the ceramic fiber module has insufficient strength because the internal structure of the ceramic fiber module is a flexible material made of interwoven fibers, and the fiber surface is easily damaged by bumping;
3. Prevent wind peeling: high wind speed kilns are easy to take away the fibers on the surface, even if the surface is sprayed with curing agent, it cannot resist long-term airflow erosion;
4. The design size of the furnace lining should be precise: before the ceramic fiber module furnace lining is installed, a professional insulation team must formulate a plan and issue the module installation drawings. During construction, the line should be set out strictly according to the dimensions marked on the drawings, and the anchoring nails should be welded. Try to avoid the appearance of gaps, any small gaps may determine the service life of the kiln;
5. Maintenance is very important: After the ceramic fiber lining is put into use, the surface curing agent should be sprayed regularly, the damaged ceramic fiber module should be replaced in time, and the furnace lining should be repaired to prolong the service life of the furnace lining.
