Manufacturing Method Of Ceramic Fiber Module

The ceramic fiber module has excellent chemical stability and is mainly used to improve the thermal insulation performance of the fiber lining, and the overall performance is good. At present, there are many methods for the processing and production of ceramic fiber modules. Let's take a look at them in detail:

1. The ceramic fiber module should be folded and processed into the specified size with a thickness of 20 or 25mm ceramic fiber acupuncture blanket, and only the folded wrinkled surface is used as the high temperature heating surface.

2. The folding edge should be incompletely pre-compressed when making ceramic fiber modules. The bulk density of the compressed ceramic fiber module should be 190-230kg/m3 (excluding metal anchors).

3. The (center hole anchoring type) and (slider anchoring type) ceramic fiber modules should be assembled and supplied together with pre-embedded anchors and installation accessories.

4. The module should be temporarily tightened to the specified size, so as to maintain the compression amount of the ceramic fiber module and its size and shape before installation.

5. The permanent metal anchors in the MA and MB modules should be limited to within one-third of the module thickness from the low temperature end of the module, and should be embedded in a sufficient blanket layer to ensure that the module is structurally stable under various operating conditions.

6. The permanent metal anchors and installation accessories in the (center hole anchoring type) and (slider anchoring type) ceramic fiber modules should meet the specified structure, size and material requirements.
