The ceramic fiber integral module is a large-scale fiber blanket that will be integrated. Cut into neat small pieces, interspersed with paving fixtures in the middle, to form a whole assembly. The anchor is composed of a yoke-shaped metal frame and a round tube bracket. The ceramic fiber integral module thermal insulation thickness ranges from 150 mm to 300 mm. The bulk density is 160 to 240 kg/m. The entire module can be compressed and expanded in 6 directions without conventional folding. The strapping restraint of the module is a very fast and easy to assemble, lining heat insulation product with good effect after installation.
Due to the processing technology, the thermal conductivity of the ceramic fiber integral module is lower than that of the folded module, and because the surface of the module is flat, a solidified layer is formed on the hot surface of the ceramic fiber integral module lining after high-temperature calcination, which enhances the surface strength of the module, and the overall performance of the module lining is enhanced. Wind erosion is as high as 40~45m/s (air velocity).
Since the ceramic fiber integral module is added with a special grease component during the production process, it can soften the fiber, so the fiber will not be crushed or broken when the module is compressed during the lining construction and installation process: the grease will volatilize after reheating, and it will have no effect on the heat resistance of the module. Adverse effects, there is no shrinkage seam between the modules, ensuring a good heat-resistant and heat-preserving effect.
