Ceramic fiber blanket, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blanket.  Ceramic fiber blanket is mainly divided into ceramic fiber blown blanket and ceramic fiber spun blanket, ceramic fiber spun blanket because of long fiber, small thermal conductivity, in heat preservation performance is superior to ceramic fiber spray blanket.  Most insulation pipe construction multi-purpose ceramic fiber spun blanket. 

The ceramic fiber blanket is made of special aluminum silicate ceramic fiber filament by special double-sided needling process.  The interlacing degree, delamination resistance, tensile strength and surface smoothness of the fiber are greatly improved by double-sided needling.  Fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability under high and low temperature conditions.
