1) The standard size of the board is 300*300, and the diagonal error is less than 3mm. If you need to cut, you can use a small cutting saw to cut. The allowable deviation of the insulation board size is ±2.
2) Grid cloth repacking: stick grid cloth on the door and window openings, both sides of the deformation joint, the total width is about 200, and the width of the repacking part is 80. The specific method is as follows: the cutting length of the grid cloth is 180 plus the thickness of the board. First, apply a special adhesive with a length of 80 and a width of 2 on the overturning part, and then press in the 80-long mesh cloth, and throw the rest out for use.
3) Apply the configured special adhesive to the back of the composite foamed cement board. The compaction thickness of the adhesive is about 3. In order to ensure a firm bond, it is best to use the full dip method, or the strip bonding method and Point method.
4) Strip bonding method: Use a toothed trowel to apply the special adhesive to the foamed cement board evenly in the horizontal direction, with a strip width of 10, a thickness of 10, and a middle distance of 50.
5) Strip method: Use a trowel to apply special adhesive on the periphery and in the middle of each board, and then apply a ash cake with a diameter of 50 and a thickness of 10 in the partition area of the foamed cement board.
6) Paste the insulation board with special adhesive on the wall quickly to prevent the surface from crusting and losing the bonding effect.
7) After the foamed cement insulation board is glued to the wall, use a 2m ruler to flatten it to ensure its flatness and firm adhesion. The board should be squeezed tightly, and there should be no gaps. The gaps formed by the cutting are not straight. Tuck in with adhesive and smooth. Every time a board is glued, the special adhesive on the extruded surface should be removed.
8) The foamed cement board should be pasted in sections from bottom to top along the horizontal direction. Each row of boards should be staggered by 1/2 the length of the board, and the local minimum staggered seam should not be less than 100.
