01 Three application schemes of ceramic fiber in high temperature furnace
First, the simplest and the least durable method is to use ceramic fiber blanket for wrapping. Because the density of ceramic fiber blanket is low and it cannot be anchored, it often causes shedding phenomenon. Therefore, this installation method is not recommended.
Second, for the larger industrial furnace, you can choose ceramic fiber module to do fire insulation, the use of parallel installation method, the ceramic fiber module is firmly fixed on the furnace wall, which is more reliable.
Third, for the miniature furnace, you can choose the ceramic fiber furnace, a molding furnace, the use time is relatively long.
02 The difference between ordinary furnace and ceramic fiber furnace
Fire resistance, heat preservation and insulation
Ceramic fiber furnace has low thermal conductivity and low heat conductivity, so it is a better heat preservation and insulation material, and the use temperature is less than 1300℃. The heat conduction rate of ordinary furnace is higher and the heat loss is large.
Energy saving and consumption reduction
The heat loss of ordinary furnace is large, the heat transfer rate is fast, and the furnace cannot be insulated. Ceramic fiber furnace holding time is more than ten times that of ordinary furnace, resistant to sudden cold and sudden heat.
Service life aspect
The sudden cooling and sudden heating of the ordinary furnace is easy to cause the blast chamber or cracking, and the service life is shortened. The ceramic fiber furnace has no possibility of blast chamber or cracking.
