1. Remove floating ash, oil and other debris and hollow parts remaining on the concrete wall.
2. Clean up the concrete blocks, inclusions, hollow drums, etc. split by the roof, and repair them again.
3. It is required that the deviation of the surface flatness of the pasted ceramic fiber board should not exceed 4mm. When it exceeds the tolerance, the protruding concrete surface should be polished, and the sunken parts should be found for repair (when the thickness of the repair is more than 6mm, use 1:2.5 cement mortar for plastering. 4. The mortar used in construction is divided into special bonding mortar and special adhesive for high temperature surface layer.
5. The weight ratio of the mixed bonding mortar is water: mortar = 1:5, stir while adding water; the stirring time is not less than 5min, the stirring must be sufficient, uniform, moderate in consistency, and has a certain viscosity.
6. After the mortar is prepared, it needs to stand for 5 minutes, and then stir it again. The mortar should be used up within 1 hour.
