The curing furnace of the rock wool production line is a heat treatment equipment mainly used for heating and curing rock wool products. In this process, the rock wool products are evenly sprayed with water-soluble phenolic resin and then enter the curing oven. The interior of the curing furnace is lined with high-temperature refractory materials to ensure the high-temperature resistance of the furnace body. During the curing process, circulating hot air (190-250°C) penetrates the rock wool layer driven by a fan to promote the curing of the water-soluble phenolic resin. During this process, part of the phenolic resin and the free phenol and formaldehyde in the phenolic resin will volatilize under the action of flowing hot air and enter the circulating hot air. At the same time, when the circulating hot air passes through the hot air furnace, part of the volatile phenolic resin will also be thermally decomposed to form volatile organic compounds such as phenol and formaldehyde. As the number of hot air cycles increases, the water vapor content in the hot air will increase (the concentration of volatile organic compounds will also increase). In order to facilitate the solidification of rock wool products, part of the hot air will be discharged to reduce the water vapor in the circulating hot air. content, thus forming curing furnace exhaust gas containing volatile organic compounds.
