1 mm Fireproof Ceramic Fiber Paper is a kind of high performance thermal insulation material made by wet forming process with aluminum silicate ceramic fiber as the main raw material, adding a small amount of binder, filler and auxiliary agent. The fiber distribution is uniform, the thickness and bulk density are strictly controlled, the surface is flat, the flexibility is good, and it has excellent performance of heat insulation, heat preservation, sealing, electrical insulation, sound absorption and filtration.

1 mm Fireproof Ceramic Fiber Paper has excellent thermal insulation performance: low heat capacity and low thermal conductivity, and the thermal conductivity is about 0.03-0.112 W/(m·K) at room temperature, which can effectively prevent heat transfer. The classification temperature can reach 1260℃-1430℃, suitable for high temperature environment. High strength, tear resistance, tensile strength of 0.3-0.90kN /㎡, good flexibility, easy to process and install. 1 mm Fireproof Ceramic Fiber Paper is an ideal substitute for asbestos paper, with higher safety and better performance.
