Product Introduction
Flameworks ceramic fiber paper gasket sheet is made by punching or cutting ceramic fiber paperboard made of selected aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material and wet forming process. The slag removal and drying process is improved on the basis of the traditional process, which is characterized by no asbestos, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no stratification, less slag balls (four times centrifugal slag removal), flexible adjustment of bulk density according to the purpose, high strength (including reinforcing fiber), good elasticity and strong machinability. Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber gasket can not only withstand high temperature (1260 ℃), but also has very low thermal conductivity. It is an ideal insulation material. It is suitable for heat insulation, heat preservation, sealing, electrical insulation, sound absorption, filtration, etc. in high temperature environment.
