1) Weld the threaded screw with the ceramic fiber module vertically on the shell according to the size designed in the drawing.
2) Align the guide tube of the ceramic fiber module with the wire screw. After the module is positioned, use a special wrench to send the nut along the guide tube and tighten it on the wire bolt.
3) Remove the guide tube, wooden board and plastic tape. If the plastic tube is not completely closed, it must be blocked with ceramic fiber cotton.
4) After installing a row, check and adjust the gap and direction of the ceramic fiber modules to achieve a neat arrangement and a smooth surface.
5) In the non-expansion direction of the ceramic fiber module, install the ceramic fiber blanket between the modules, wrap the cut ceramic fiber blanket on thin metal or wood, and then insert it between the installed modules. Next remove all auxiliary installation equipment and installation materials.
6) When installing the last ceramic fiber module on the furnace roof, it is advisable to use four aluminum plates to stick to the side of the installed module, and then squeeze the last module into the bolt, then tighten the nut and pull out the aluminum plate.
7) The installation area (section) must be inspected for the presence of non-expanded modules, lining holes, exposed fiber clusters, etc.
8) The final process of installing the ceramic fiber module is to ram it flat and compact with a wooden beater. When tamping, use cardboard or wooden board to pad on the surface to be beaten, and it is strictly forbidden to ram the surface of the furnace lining directly. After tamping, ensure that the surface of the lining is free of unevenness and level.
