SUNTHERM ceramic fiber modules is a new type of refractory lining product launched in order to simplify and speed up the construction of the kiln and improve the integrity of the lining. The ceramic fiber needle-punched blanket of the corresponding material is processed on a special machine according to the structure and size of the fiber component.
During the processing, a certain proportion of compression is maintained to ensure that after the ceramic fiber module wall lining is completed, due to the expansion of each ceramic fiber module in the same direction, the ceramic fiber modules are squeezed into a seamless gap. Overall, the ceramic fiber module can be directly fixed to the steel plate of the industrial kiln shell through various forms of anchors. It has a good fire-resistant and thermal insulation effect, improves the integrity of the furnace's fire-resistant thermal insulation, and promotes the progress of the kiln masonry technology. The classification temperature is 1260-1430°C.
The various types of anchors on the back of the folding module enable the installation of the folding module to adopt either a soldier arrangement or a parquet arrangement.
Folded blankets will squeeze tightly in different directions after unbundling, so there is no gap. The elastic fiber blanket can resist mechanical external force. The elasticity of the fiber blanket can make up for the deformation of the furnace shell, so that there is no gap between the components.
Due to its light weight, it absorbs little heat when used as an insulating material. Low thermal conductivity brings high energy saving effect. It has the ability to resist any thermal shock. The lining body does not need to be dried and maintained, so it can be put into use immediately after installation. The anchoring system is far away from the hot surface of the component, so that the metal anchor is at a relatively low temperature.
