Through needle-punching, it achieves superior strength, thermal stability up to 1600°C, low shrinkage, and excellent chemical resistance, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Product Description:

1600C High-Temperature Alumina Fiber Blanket is produced using polycrystalline alumina fibers manufactured through a sol-gel method and further processed with advanced needle-punching technology. Composed of alumina and silica, the fibers feature a dense internal structure and stable crystalline phases. The needle-puncing process greatly enhances fiber entanglement, resulting in a blanket with high tensile strength, excellent high-temperature thermal stability, strong chemical corrosion resistance, low thermal shrinkage, low thermal conductivity, and minimal slag ball content. Capable of continuous use at temperatures up to 1600°C, the product offers outstanding dimensional stability and superior insulation performance under extreme heat, making it ideal for long-term application in demanding high-temperature environments.
