Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber Insulation Paper is fabricated from high-purity polycrystalline alumina fibers and custom-formulated binders, delivering stable and consistent performance in harsh high-temperature working conditions. It features outstanding flame retardancy, paired with premium thermal insulation and electrical insulation capabilities.

Engineered for prolonged high-temperature service, this material retains stable structural integrity and long-term working reliability. It is completely halogen‑free, non-toxic and odorless. Thanks to steady dielectric strength, it is well-suited for scenarios that demand reliable electrical isolation and professional thermal management.

Lightweight and flexible, the fiber paper is easy to cut, bend and customize into required shapes, with low dust output during processing and installation. It can be applied directly or assembled into various equipment systems, widely used in electrical facilities, power electronic devices and battery modules. With comprehensive advantages in heat insulation, fire resistance, electrical separation and flame retardancy, it serves as an optimal functional insulating material for industrial high-temperature applications.

Multiple thickness specifications are available for selection: AL003, AL006, AL008, AL010, AL020, AL030, AL040 and AL050.
