SUNTHERM ALWOOL polycrystalline alumina fiber paper for thermal Insulation uses high-quality polycrystalline alumina fibers as the main raw material, combined with advanced inorganic or organic binders, and is manufactured through a precise papermaking process. It not only retains the inherent high-temperature resistance of polycrystalline alumina fibers but also combines the flexibility and ease of processing of paper-based materials, making it an ideal solution for thermal management, electrical insulation, and fire safety in harsh operating conditions.
SUNTHERM ALWOOL polycrystalline alumina fiber paper for thermal Insulation is composed of high-purity polycrystalline alumina fibers, possessing extremely low thermal conductivity and thermal shrinkage. It maintains excellent thermal insulation at extremely high temperatures, effectively blocking heat transfer and significantly reducing energy consumption. It also features extremely high resistivity and dielectric strength, with a high and stable dielectric constant, providing reliable electrical isolation in high-frequency, high-voltage environments, ensuring the safe operation of electronic equipment.
SUNTHERM ALWOOL polycrystalline alumina fiber paper for thermal Insulation is non-toxic and odorless, and does not burn, melt, or produce toxic fumes when exposed to fire.
