Product Introduction
1430 insulation high zirconia ceramic fiber blanket for furnace lining is generally used for industrial furnace wall lining and backing materials with long-term working temperature between 1200℃ and 1350℃; materials for expansion joints of industrial furnace masonry, furnace doors, and top cover insulation seals; thermal insulation materials for high-temperature pipes; high-temperature thermal insulation gaskets with long-term working temperature below 1350℃; raw materials for processing zirconium-containing ceramic fiber modules/folding blocks.
Resistant to high temperatures of 1430℃, no asbestos, long fibers, few slag balls, small bulk density, good elasticity, easy to punch, wrap and other construction operations, resistant to chemical corrosion, heat shock, low thermal conductivity, high electrical insulation strength and high elasticity. Suitable for heat insulation, heat preservation, sealing, electrical insulation, sound absorption, etc. at high temperatures.
