The pleated and pressurized system for rock wool production line is a device specially used for pleating and pressurizing rock wool. The system mainly includes a base, a first fixed frame, a support frame, a first spring, a limit block, a second fixed frame, a hydraulic cylinder, a telescopic rod, a pressurizer and other components.
Specifically, a first fixed frame is provided on the base, and two support frames are provided on one side of the base. Two first springs and limit blocks are symmetrically provided on the other side of the base, and both limit blocks are located above the two first springs.
During operation, by placing the rock wool between the two limit blocks and starting the hydraulic cylinder, the telescopic rod moves downward with the pressurizer, and the pressurizer pressurizes the rock wool. In this way, the rock wool can be pressurized more conveniently, thereby improving production efficiency to a certain extent.
