3. The installation process and construction quality of ceramic fiber modules are important factors to ensure the service life of refractory fiber linings. Refractory fibers such as ceramic fiber modules are generally left pre-compressed during installation to supplement the linear shrinkage of the fibers when heated. Strictly follow the drawings during installation to ensure the firmness and tightness of the furnace lining.
