It has a pure white appearance and uniquely combines the high-temperature stability of crystalline materials with the excellent thermal insulation performance of fiber structures, enabling it to operate reliably for a long time under extreme conditions of up to 1600℃.

Product Description:
1600C Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber Board is a high-temperature insulation board made primarily of polycrystalline alumina fiber, supplemented with inorganic binders and special additives, through processes such as wet vacuum filtration, extrusion, drying, and polishing. This product utilizes an advanced sol-gel process, where soluble aluminum salts are converted into a colloidal solution, which is then centrifuged at high speed to form fiber preforms. These preforms are then dehydrated, dried, and subjected to medium-to-high temperature heat treatment to crystallize. The main crystalline phase is α-Al₂O₃ corundum, supplemented with a small amount of mullite, achieving a chemical purity of 95%~99% or higher. The product is pure white and combines the high-temperature stability of crystalline materials with the excellent thermal insulation properties of fiber materials, enabling long-term stable operation under extreme high-temperature conditions up to 1600℃.

Ultra-high temperature stability: Utilizing a polycrystalline microcrystalline structure, it maintains phase stability at high temperatures, allowing for long-term continuous use at 1500~1600℃, and exhibits excellent high-temperature creep resistance.
Superior thermal insulation and energy saving: Low heat capacity and low thermal conductivity result in low heat storage, significantly reducing heat loss. Compared to traditional refractory bricks, energy savings reach 15~45%, significantly reducing kiln operating costs.
Excellent thermal shock resistance: The product possesses excellent thermal shock resistance, withstanding rapid heating and cooling cycles without cracking or spalling, making it particularly suitable for intermittent kilns.
Strong resistance to airflow erosion: The product can be in direct contact with flames and high-speed airflow, exhibiting outstanding wind erosion resistance, maintaining structural integrity even in harsh environments with airflow velocities up to 90m/s.
Good chemical stability: Excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, allowing use in various atmospheres including acidic, oxidizing, reducing, and vacuum conditions.
Easy to process: The product is made of non-brittle material, has good elasticity, and is easy to cut, drill, and mill. It can be processed into various irregularly shaped parts and precision-sized products, and is convenient for construction and installation.
Green and environmentally friendly: The product does not contain asbestos or other harmful substances, and does not release toxic gases during high-temperature use, meeting modern green manufacturing standards.
