1600C Alumina Fiber Blanket
Produced with a specially enhanced needling process, SUNTHERM 1600C Alumina Fiber Blanket is free from additives or binding agents. This method enhances fiber integration, improving delamination resistance and tensile strength without sacrificing flexibility. It ensures simple installation for faster furnace lining and offers excellent corrosion resistance against most chemicals, except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis.

Product Introduction
1600C Alumina Fiber Blanket is a high-performance refractory insulation material manufactured via the advanced "Sol-Gel" colloidal method. Through high-temperature calcination, it develops a microcrystalline structure rich in mullite. Reinforced by a double-needling process, the high-purity alumina fibers achieve uniform density and enhanced mechanical strength. This binder-free composition ensures exceptional chemical stability and purity.
The resulting Alumina Fibers offer outstanding thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, and superior high-temperature resistance, making them ideal for demanding insulation in extreme environments. This blanket is particularly suited for kilns, furnaces, and other industrial equipment requiring reliable performance at temperatures up to 1500°C.
