1300°C High-Performance Thermal Insulation Alumina Fiber Paper is a premium thermal insulation material made from polycrystalline alumina fibers and a proprietary binder system. Engineered for extreme heat conditions, it delivers exceptional flame resistance, thermal insulation, and electrical isolation. The paper maintains reliable performance over prolonged high-temperature exposure and is completely halogen-free, non-toxic, and odorless. With a high dielectric strength, it offers a dependable solution for thermal management and fire protection in demanding environments. It is easy to cut, shape, and handle, generating minimal dust-suitable for direct use or integration into encapsulated assemblies. Typical applications include electrical equipment, power electronics, battery modules, and any system requiring robust insulation, fire resistance, electrical separation, or flame-retardant properties.

Available thickness-based models: AL003, AL006, AL008, AL010, AL020, AL030, AL040, and AL050.
