1. Closed dust source: By closing the dust source, the spread and pollution of dust can be reduced. The production equipment can be completely or partially closed, such as installing sealed covers, sealed doors, etc., to reduce the leakage of dust.
2. Ventilation and dust removal: Install local exhaust equipment such as ventilators and exhaust fans in places that must be open to inhale and discharge the generated dust, thereby reducing the dust concentration. At the same time, dust hoods or dust collectors can also be set at dust-generating points to collect and remove dust.
3. Wet operation: Pre-wetting or spraying the material with water can greatly reduce the amount of dust generated. Through wet operation, dust can be converted into wet particles or mud, thereby reducing its diffusion and pollution.
4. Individual protection: After taking the above measures, if there is still dust leakage, individual protection measures should be taken. Employees should wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust masks and protective clothing to protect their own health.
5. Regular cleaning: Regularly clean the production line to remove residual dust to prevent dust accumulation and secondary pollution. Use appropriate tools and cleaning agents when cleaning, and pay attention to prevent dust from spreading.
Strengthen management: Strengthen management and supervision during the production process, regularly check the operating status of equipment and dust concentration, and promptly discover and solve problems. At the same time, a complete dust control management system should be established to clarify the responsibilities and obligations of managers and operators at all levels.
